01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to eem77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eem77 ("eem77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino platform accessible at eem77.net and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the eem77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account on eem77, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

eem77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any time at eem77's discretion.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active eem77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent ban from the Platform.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

The eem77 Platform is designed for and directed at players located in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. eem77 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your eem77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. eem77 will never request your password via Live Chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify eem77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. eem77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or to notify us promptly of a suspected breach.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your eem77 account, whether or not you authorised such activity. All bets placed and transactions conducted from your account are deemed to have been made by you unless you have reported a suspected breach prior to the relevant activity occurring.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. eem77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period elapses.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on eem77 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. eem77 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion or in accordance with responsible gaming assessments of individual accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed same-day during Philippine banking hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 PHT), subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are processed on the next available banking day. eem77 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the eem77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). If a deposit is made in a different currency, eem77 may apply a conversion rate, and any associated conversion fees are borne by the player.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

eem77 employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of financial transactions on the Platform. You agree not to use stolen payment instruments or engage in any fraudulent financial activity. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed, and the relevant account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

eem77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type — for example, slots may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while table games may contribute a lower percentage. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 eem77's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

eem77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, bonus, or loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected by changes to that specific promotion unless eem77 determines that the promotion was claimed in breach of these Terms.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the eem77 Platform — including video slots, live dealer games, bingo, sports betting, and fishing arcade titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics as appropriate. RNG systems are audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure randomness and fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and consistent across all player sessions.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system interruption, any bets or winnings affected by the malfunction may be declared void at eem77's discretion. eem77 shall not be liable for losses caused by technical faults, and affected players will be notified and any voided funds returned to their account balance.

6.3 Sports Betting

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eem77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Operating more than one account
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes by any means
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eem77 staff or other players
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Playing on behalf of another person or receiving compensation to play

08 Responsible Gaming

eem77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated immediately through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of play
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from eem77 must not attempt to re-register using alternative details. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and all funds therein forfeited.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the eem77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software, is the property of eem77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or commercially exploit any material from the eem77 Platform without the prior written consent of eem77.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eem77 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

eem77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

eem77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the eem77 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. eem77 complies with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in all aspects of personal data processing.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by eem77

eem77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if eem77 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• You are under the age of 21
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to eem77 or other players
• eem77 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your eem77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and eem77, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting eem77 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory authority with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

eem77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the eem77 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
